Beatrice Lowell is a Partner in the firm’s Payment Fraud & Banking Liability group who joined Whitfield & Crane from the U.S. Department of Justice. She focuses on payment fraud, card scheme abuse and processor liability. recovered funds in matters spanning five continents.

She advises clients across the United States and Canada and works with the firm’s investigators and forensic accountants to move from first report to first freeze as quickly as the facts allow. She is admitted in New York and regularly coordinates matters with local counsel worldwide.

Beatrice is a graduate of Duke University School of Law and Princeton University, where she served on the law review. She writes and speaks frequently on fraud trends and is a member of the firm’s 24-hour incident-response desk.
