Biography

Christopher Ward is a Partner in the firm’s Fraud Prevention Advisory group who joined Whitfield & Crane from the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office. He focuses on fraud-resilient controls and board-level governance. built the intelligence behind judgments and injunctions across three continents.

He advises clients across Europe and the Gulf region and works with the firm’s investigators and forensic accountants to move from first report to first freeze as quickly as the facts allow. He is admitted in New York and regularly coordinates matters with local counsel worldwide.

Christopher is a graduate of Georgetown University Law Center and Boston University, where he served on the law review. He writes and speaks frequently on fraud trends and is a member of the firm’s 24-hour incident-response desk.
