Biography
Feng Liu is a Director of Investigations in the firm’s Fraud Litigation & Recovery group who joined Whitfield & Crane from a Big Four forensic practice. He focuses on civil fraud, RICO claims and judgment enforcement against scam operators. recovered funds in matters spanning five continents.
He advises clients across the United States and Canada and works with the firm’s investigators and forensic accountants to move from first report to first freeze as quickly as the facts allow. He is admitted in New York and regularly coordinates matters with local counsel worldwide.
Feng is a graduate of University of Michigan Law School and Boston University, where he served on the law review. He writes and speaks frequently on fraud trends and is a member of the firm’s 24-hour incident-response desk.
