Biography
Hui Liu is a Investigative Counsel in the firm’s Fraud Litigation & Recovery group who has been with the firm since its early years. She focuses on civil fraud, RICO claims and judgment enforcement against scam operators. recovered assets in matters involving dozens of banks and exchanges.
