Biography

Josephine Fairfax is a Partner in the firm’s OSINT & Digital Forensics group who joined Whitfield & Crane from a Fortune 100 corporate investigations team. She focuses on open-source attribution and digital forensics. recovered funds in matters spanning five continents.

She advises clients across the United States and Canada and works with the firm’s investigators and forensic accountants to move from first report to first freeze as quickly as the facts allow. She is admitted in New York and regularly coordinates matters with local counsel worldwide.
