Julian Pierce is a Counsel in the firm’s Fraud Prevention Advisory group who joined Whitfield & Crane from a major cryptocurrency exchange. He focuses on fraud-resilient controls and board-level governance. coordinated local counsel across more than 20 countries.

He advises clients across the United States, the United Kingdom and Singapore and works with the firm’s investigators and forensic accountants to move from first report to first freeze as quickly as the facts allow. He is admitted in New York and regularly coordinates matters with local counsel worldwide.

Julian is a graduate of Columbia Law School and Georgetown University, where he served on the law review. He writes and speaks frequently on fraud trends and is a member of the firm’s 24-hour incident-response desk.
