Biography

Louisa Pembroke is a Partner in the firm’s Fraud Litigation & Recovery group who joined Whitfield & Crane from a Fortune 100 corporate investigations team. She focuses on civil fraud, RICO claims and judgment enforcement against scam operators. secured freezing orders in some of the fastest response times on record.

She advises clients across North America and Europe and works with the firm’s investigators and forensic accountants to move from first report to first freeze as quickly as the facts allow. She is admitted in New York and regularly coordinates matters with local counsel worldwide.

Louisa is a graduate of Boston College Law School and University of California, Berkeley, where she served on the law review. She writes and speaks frequently on fraud trends and is a member of the firm’s 24-hour incident-response desk.
