Biography

Noah Sinclair is a Senior Counsel in the firm’s Digital Asset & Crypto Fraud group who joined Whitfield & Crane from a leading payments processor. He focuses on on-chain tracing, exchange hacks and token-scam recovery. led complex tracing investigations across borders.

He advises clients across Asia-Pacific and the Middle East and works with the firm’s investigators and forensic accountants to move from first report to first freeze as quickly as the facts allow. He is admitted in New York and regularly coordinates matters with local counsel worldwide.

Noah is a graduate of Northwestern Pritzker School of Law and University of Notre Dame, where he served on the law review. He writes and speaks frequently on fraud trends and is a member of the firm’s 24-hour incident-response desk.
