Biography

Rosalind Beckett is a Counsel in the firm’s Fraud Litigation & Recovery group who has been with the firm since its early years. She focuses on civil fraud, RICO claims and judgment enforcement against scam operators. recovered assets in matters involving dozens of banks and exchanges.

She advises clients across North America and Latin America and works with the firm’s investigators and forensic accountants to move from first report to first freeze as quickly as the facts allow. She is admitted in New York and regularly coordinates matters with local counsel worldwide.

Rosalind is a graduate of University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School and Barnard College, where she served on the law review. She writes and speaks frequently on fraud trends and is a member of the firm’s 24-hour incident-response desk.
