Biography
Timothy Nash is a Partner in the firm’s Digital Asset & Crypto Fraud group who joined Whitfield & Crane from the Securities and Exchange Commission. He focuses on on-chain tracing, exchange hacks and token-scam recovery. coordinated local counsel across more than 20 countries.
He advises clients across the United States, the United Kingdom and Singapore and works with the firm’s investigators and forensic accountants to move from first report to first freeze as quickly as the facts allow. He is admitted in New York and regularly coordinates matters with local counsel worldwide.
Timothy is a graduate of Fordham University School of Law and Carnegie Mellon University, where he served on the law review. He writes and speaks frequently on fraud trends and is a member of the firm’s 24-hour incident-response desk.
