Biography

Vincent Marsh is a Partner in the firm’s Fraud Prevention Advisory group who joined Whitfield & Crane from a leading payments processor. He focuses on fraud-resilient controls and board-level governance. coordinated local counsel across more than 20 countries.

He advises clients across the United States, the United Kingdom and Singapore and works with the firm’s investigators and forensic accountants to move from first report to first freeze as quickly as the facts allow. He is admitted in New York and regularly coordinates matters with local counsel worldwide.

Vincent is a graduate of University of Southern California Gould School of Law and University of Michigan, where he served on the law review. He writes and speaks frequently on fraud trends and is a member of the firm’s 24-hour incident-response desk.
