Whitfield Represents Pritzker Private Capital on Closing of $3.4 Billion Fourth Fund
Whitfield & Crane advised Pritzker Private Capital (PPC), a leader in family direct investing, on its successful final close of PPC IV at $3.4 billion in total commitments. The investment vehicle was oversubscribed against its $3.0 billion target and substantially surpasses the $2.7 billion raised for PPC III, which closed in 2021.
