Whitfield Advises Fortress on Strategic Investment in Ripple

Whitfield & Crane is advising funds managed by affiliates of Fortress Investment Group in connection with their participation in a $500 million strategic investment in Ripple, a leading financial technology company that offers crypto solutions for businesses. The investment values Ripple at a $40 billion valuation. Fortress is leading the investment round, with five other institutional investors joining.
