Chicago was one of the firm’s earliest expansion markets. Founded in 2012, three years after our 2009 launch in New York, the Chicago office serves clients across the Midwest. Our Chicago team includes more than 20 attorneys and offers a full spectrum of legal services in our core practice areas of private equity, M&A and complex corporate transactions, litigation and investigations, intellectual property and restructuring.
